Running a business isn’t easy – especially when you’re juggling all the things on your own. And if you’re neurodivergent, the usual tools and tips for “staying on track” might not feel supportive at all. They can feel overwhelming, rigid, or just totally out of step with how your brain works.
As a Virtual Assistant, I’ve spent years helping small business owners stay organised, tick things off their to-do lists, and keep everything moving. I love being that reliable person in the background – quietly holding things together.
But over time, I realised something: some people need more than just someone to sort their inbox or schedule their social media. They need someone to talk things through with. Someone who won’t judge. Someone who gets how hard it can feel just to start.

So now I’m offering something new: Soft Accountability and Safe Support.
This isn’t the kind of accountability that sets alarms that make your heart race or insists you push through no matter what.
It’s about creating a space where you feel supported, heard and gently encouraged. Where you can bring the messy middle, not just the finished to-do list.
Here’s what that looks like:
🫶 A non-judgemental space where you can be yourself
📣 Talking things through – even if it’s just a voice note ramble
📅 Gentle check-ins to help you move forward at your own pace
🤯 Support to untangle the thoughts in your head and turn them into something workable
Sometimes you just need someone to help you find that sparkle again
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to help you stay gently focused, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I’m still running my VA business, and I’m now offering this coaching support. It’s shaped by years of experience, both in business and in life – and especially by what I’ve learned supporting neurodivergent clients.
If you’re craving a bit of structure without the stress, or a sounding board who gets it, this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
Feel free to reach out if you'd like to chat more. There's space for you here.
P.S. Need help staying on track with a little kindness and a lot of understanding? Think about having someone in your corner – an accountability buddy who supports you in a way that actually works for your brain.
