I’m Gemma Philip, founder of The Business Button, created to help businesses get the support they need without the commitment of employing staff.

I bring extensive experience from working within businesses as well as running my own.

My journey started as a travel agent, progressing to managing projects and leading teams, and eventually launching my own business. After running a beauty business, I realised many business owners love the creative side but not the background administration, the very reason they started their business.
